- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A brilliant shop - but I have one problem with them I find most annoying . . . there are many cakes etc that can be put out for sale a day or two after they have been made, but ring doughnuts are not one of those . . . too often I purchase doughnuts to find they are definitely stale . . . I have now taken to asking the staff if the doughnuts are fresh . . . but even this is not foolproof . . . it is possible that they are delivered to the shop that way and the staff assume they are fresh . . . . . this morning, in spite of being told they were fresh, one was and one wasnt . . . .
